   • All appointments and consultations have to be scheduled in advance.

   • We offer free consultation or estimation appointments with no obligation.

   • Please allow 1 month for these services.

   • Emergencies can be carried out within two weeks for a 50% express charge.

   • Flexible appointment times are available: morning, evening, Saturday

2. Price Guide 

   • Price for taking in or letting out depends on the dress style, the type of fabric, and beading involved, from £130

   • Price of hemming depends largely on the number of layers, the size of the skirt, and the amount of lace and beadwork involved, from £150

   • Made to measure services priced at an hourly rate.

   • You're more than welcome to bring in your gown for an estimation or send a photo for an approximate quote.

3. Payment:

   • Payment terms and methods will be discussed during the consultation or prior to services being rendered.

   • Full payment for services is typically required upon completion.

   • All made-to-measure and restyling services require a 50% deposit of the full price, with the balance payable on collection.

4. Liability:

   • While we take every care in our work, we are not liable for any marks and fabric faults, we advising to check your garment carefully before leaving with us. 

5. Returns and Refunds:

   • We do not offer returns or refunds for services rendered.

   • Any issues or concerns must be addressed during the fitting or upon completion.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

   • Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments need to be made with reasonable notice.

7. Data Protection:

   • We respect your privacy and maintain the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Changes to Terms:

   • These terms and conditions may be updated or modified at our discretion.
